Decadent and delicious, this chocolate chip cannoli dip recipe from @pamperedchef tastes luxuriously creamy, yet takes only 5 minutes to put together! Try it with the sweet and crunchy air fryer tortilla chips for a dessert that you’ll make time and again!!
This recipe is an oldie but a goodie from Pampered Chef. I’ve updated it with the Sweet Tortilla chips I made in the Air Fryer, I’ll bet you’re going to love them!
There are many different variations of this type of recipe, but to keep it simple I’ve opted to use Cool Whip, so all we have to do is remember to take it out of the freezer to defrost slightly. I have made this with fresh whipped cream, and think next time I do that I will add a bit of mascarpone cheese to help stabilize it better for this recipe.
I used the Pampered Chef Easy Accent Decorator to pipe the rosettes on top of the dip. I love this product, especially once I figured out how to make my on homemade ladyfingers. This made quick work of baking them, and, if course it helps when making deviled eggs. It’s very easy to clean, since it’s dishwasher safe. Here’s some info:

There’s no need to waste good icing when you’re finished. Any leftover filling in the decorator can be saved in the refrigerator up to 24 hours. Let warm to room temperature before reusing. Once the icing is gone, all the parts go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
- Holds 1¼ cups (300 mL) of icing or deviled egg filling

Besides the Sweet Tortilla chips, I also served this dip with fresh, juicy strawberries, but you could also serve it with graham crackers or any type of sweet, crispy cookies that you like or have on hand. Are you ready? Let’s jump right in!
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 15-ounces ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container (8-ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- Sweet & Crispy Tortilla Chips
- 1-quart strawberries (optional)
Attach closed star tip to Easy Accent Decorator; fill with 1/2 cup of the whipped topping and set aside.
Add ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips, the remaining whipped topping and vanilla extract to a bowl; mix well.
Spoon dip into bowl. Top with more chocolate chips. Pipe rosettes around edge of dip using decorator. Serve with Sweet & Crispy Tortilla Chips and strawberries, if desired.

- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus 1 tbsp for garnish
