Cool down this summer with our 3-ingredient Lemon Berry Popsicles! 🍓🍋🫐 Just lemonade, fresh strawberries, and blueberries—simple, refreshing, and perfect for hot days!

For this Pampered Chef recipe, I used one of my favorite summer products, the Quicksicle Maker, along with the Cup Slicer to slice the strawberries.

Quicksicle Maker

Make Ice Pops in 8 Minutes

Make your own custom frozen treats in as little as 8 minutes in our Quicksicle Maker®! The quick-freezing technology in the base lets you make up to three consecutive rounds. The high walls keep spills contained, and the removal key makes it easy to remove your finished quicksicles. It’s ideal for families with kids, because the crosshatch pattern on the sticks keeps quicksicles in place, and the handles are easy for kids to hold. The best part? You can use your own ingredients—like your favorite juices, smoothies, or flavored milks—for healthier, allergen-free frozen treats.

Product Details

  • Includes the Quicksicle Maker, six sticks, and removal key
  • Base is 4½” x 8¼” x 4¾” (12 cm x 21 cm x 12.5 cm)
  • The high walls help keep spills contained
  • Removal key makes it easy to remove finished quicksicles
  • The crosshatch pattern keeps quicksicles on the sticks
  • Stick handles are easy for kids to hold

Cup Slicer

Snacking Made Simple

Slice fresh fruits and veggies fast with the Cup Slicer. Just put your food on a cutting board and place the Cup Slicer, which features five stainless steel serrated blades, above the food. Then, push it down until all your food is sliced. Pour your freshly sliced food into your cereal, a fry pan, or a bowl. And when you’re done using it, run it through the dishwasher and place the blade cover on it for safe storage.

With the Cup Slicer, you can slice up strawberries, bananas, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, or hard-boiled eggs for a quick snack. It’s a great tool for parents!

Use it to make homemade salads, stir-fries, fruit salads, and healthy cereal add-ins without all the time-consuming prep work.

Whip up these easy Air Fryer Blueberry Hand Pies for a refreshing summer treat! Crispy, sweet, and perfectly portable—ready in minutes for everyday fun! 🍇🥧✨

Last year, I made Cherry Puff Pastry Pies in the air fryer, and they were a game changer! I decided to try them with blueberries (changed some of the other ingredients as well) and these were superb.

For this recipe, I used my Pampered Chef Deluxe Air Fryer:

Deluxe Air Fryer

Best Air Fryer for a Family Enjoy fried foods at home without all the mess, hassle, and oil of deep frying but with all the flavor and texture you love. Ours is family-sized to quickly cook up to six servings, a whole chicken or roast, or appetizers for a crowd. Like a convection oven, super-heated air circulates giving food a crispy texture. No preheating is necessary, saving you precious time. Conveniently fits under kitchen cabinets. Air Fryer, Rotisserie, & Dehydrator All-in-One Ours does more than just better-for-you air frying. It makes perfectly cooked rotisserie chicken, crispy outside and tender inside, so you can skip the hit-or-miss ones at the grocery store. And it dehydrates fruits, veggies, and herbs so you can enjoy their fresh flavors well beyond the season. Product Details

  • Family-sized 11.6-qt. capacity fits up to a 4 lb. whole chicken.
  • Eight programmed settings: Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Rotisserie, Reheat, Dehydrate, Custom, and Rotate
  • Includes two cooking trays, basket, rotisserie set, drip tray, retrieval tool, removable shield, and a cooking guide.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 17.3-ounce frozen puff pastry
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • coarse sugar, for garnish

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until blueberries begin to release their juices, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, mix cornstarch and lemon juice together in a small bowl until combined. Stir in the lemon zest, along with the cornstarch slurry into blueberry mixture, then bring to a gentle boil, stirring often. Once boiling, remove from heat. Let cool completely.

Make the Hand Pies

Cut puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. Spoon 3 tablespoons of cooled blueberry mixture onto each of the 3 bottom rectangles.

Place the top rectangles over the blueberry filling, lining up the edges as best you can. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal shut. Repeat this entire step with 2nd pastry sheet so you have a total of 6 pastry pies.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush tops of pastry pies with egg wash, then sprinkle with coarse sugar. Chill pies in the refrigerator for at least 25 minutes.

Air Fry at 360⁰ F/180⁰ C for 12-14 minutes, switching trays at the halfway mark. Let cool on rack until ready to serve.

That’s a wrap! I’d love to hear your thoughts, so please leave a comment below. Your feedback means a lot to me! Together, we’re making kitchen life easier, one Pampered Chef tool at a time.

Happy cooking!

Thaw the Puff Pastry Properly: Make sure to thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
This will make them easier to handle and ensure they puff up beautifully in the air fryer.
Don’t Overfill: Be careful not to overfill the pies, as the filling can leak out during cooking
Seal Well: Use a fork to crimp the edges securely to prevent the filling from escaping.
Experiment with Fillings: This recipe works well with various fruit fillings, so feel free to get creative!

Let’s jump right in!

Ingredients

Ice Cream Custard Base

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 5 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3-4 very ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum or vodka* – optional, to keep ice cream creamier

For the Butter Pecans

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Please be sure to freeze your ice cream maker base for at least 24 hours prior to using.

Separate egg yolks from egg whites (save egg whites for another use).  Whisk yolks with ¼ cup of the sugar until pale yellow in color. Set aside.

Slowly add in heavy cream, milk, ½ cup of the sugar and the salt to a saucepan, stirring to combine. Heat just until bubbles begin to form – do NOT bring to a boil.

Add ¼ cup of hot mixture into the yolk/sugar mixture, whisking quickly to temper the yolks.  Continuing adding ¼ cup of the hot mixture until completely incorporated into the yolks.

Pour combined mixture back into pan, heat over medium-low heat until thickened.  You will know it’s ready when custard leaves a line that is not dripping on the back of spoon. Remove from heat.

Place your peeled bananas into the blender, along with half of the custard mixture. Puree, then add back into the custard in the batter bowl, along with the rum (if using) and the vanilla, stir to combine.  Cover and chill until custard base reaches 45⁰ F/7⁰ C.

For the Butter Pecans

Preheat oven to 350⁰ F/177⁰ C. Melt butter, then combine with the pecans and salt.

Place coated pecans on baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until nicely toasted.  Remove from oven and once cooled, chop into large pieces.

Make the Ice Cream

Remove the bowl of the Ice Cream Maker from the freezer and attach the assembled clear lid to the bowl.  Set the timer for 25 minutes. Once the paddle starts rotating, pour the banana custard mixture into the bowl. During the last minute of churning, pour the butter pecans through the shoot.

When the Ice Cream Maker stops turning, check for doneness. The mixture should be soft-serve consistency. If needed, add more time until the desired consistency is reached. Cover and let ice cream harden, if desired.

That’s a wrap! I’d love to hear your thoughts, so please leave a comment below. Your feedback means a lot to me! Together, we’re making kitchen life easier, one Pampered Chef tool at a time.

Ingredients

Ice Cream Custard Base

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 5 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3-4 very ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum optional – to keep ice cream creamier

For the Butter Pecans

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

Instructions

  • Please be sure to freeze your ice cream maker base for at least 24 hours prior to using.
  • Separate egg yolks from egg whites (save egg whites for another use). Whisk yolks with ¼ cup of the sugar until pale yellow in color. Set aside.
5 large egg yolks, ¾ cup sugar
  • Slowly add in heavy cream, milk, ½ cup of the sugar and the salt to a saucepan, stirring to combine. Heat just until bubbles begin to form – do NOT bring to a boil.
2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup whole milk, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ¾ cup sugar
  • Add ¼ cup of hot mixture into the yolk/sugar mixture, whisking quickly to temper the yolks. Continuing adding ¼ cup of the hot mixture until completely incorporated into the yolks.
  • Pour combined mixture back into pan, heat over medium-low heat until thickened. You will know it’s ready when custard leaves a line that is not dripping on the back of spoon. Remove from heat.
  • Place your peeled bananas into the blender, along with half of the custard mixture. Puree, then add back into the custard in the batter bowl, along with the rum (if using) and the vanilla, stir to combine. Cover and chill until custard base reaches 45⁰ F/7⁰ C.
3-4 very ripe bananas, 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon dark rum

For the Butter Pecans

  • Preheat oven to 350⁰ F/177⁰ C. Melt butter, then combine with the pecans and salt.
1 cup pecans, 2 tablespoons melted butter, Pinch salt
  • Place coated pecans on Medium Stone Bar Pan and bake for 8-10 minutes, until nicely toasted. Remove from oven and once cooled, chop into large pieces.

Make the Ice Cream

  • Remove the bowl of the Ice Cream Maker from the freezer and attach the assembled clear lid to the bowl. Set the timer for 25 minutes. Once the paddle starts rotating, pour the banana custard mixture into the bowl. During the last minute of churning, pour the butter pecans through the shoot.
  • When the Ice Cream Maker stops turning, check for doneness. The mixture should be soft-serve consistency. If needed, add more time until the desired consistency is reached. Cover and let ice cream harden, if desired.

Notes

The ice cream will be a “soft-serve” consistency when it first comes out of the machine. For a firmer, scoop-able ice cream, cover the bowl with the Stretch-Fit Silicone Lid and place in the freezer for 2–4 hours.

Cool down this summer with a super easy, frosty orange juice! Perfectly refreshing and ready in minutes. Your new go-to summer treat! 🍊❄️

I’ve been trying a bunch of coffee recipes with our new Electric Milk Frother, but hubs wanted something as well, since he doesn’t drink coffee.  I thought of the Kohr’s drink we get down the shore every summer – and spent a week calling it an Orange Julius until I remembered it was called an orangeade!

I searched for a recipe, and some PC friends came to the rescue with this gem, which uses our new Gourmet Limoncello Syrup. We also have Metal Straws, which are not only sustainable, but are dishwasher safe. This beverage tastes, I dare say, even BETTER than the original, and once you taste it, I’m sure you’ll agree!

Electric Milk Frother:

Perfectly Froth Milk in Minutes

With the Electric Milk Frother, you can top your favorite drinks with a luscious layer of homemade foam or frothed milk. Take it a step further and make your own cappuccinos, macchiatos, and lattes.

This compact frother quickly turns cold milk (or milk alternative) into your choice of high foam, low foam, warmed milk, or café-style cold foam with the push of two buttons. When it’s ready to go, you can pour it into your mug thanks to the ergonomic handle.

Key Features

  • Four easy-to-use settings let you make your choice of thick foam, light foam, light froth, or cold foam.
    • High Foam: Make rich, thick foam perfect for macchiatos and cappuccinos.
    • Low Foam: Create light, airy foam and warmed milk for lattes and café mochas.
    • Warming Only: Make warmed milk with a very light froth, which is the perfect addition to café au laits and hot chocolate.
    • Cold Foam: Top homemade iced coffees and iced matchas with café-style cold foam.

Thoughtful Design Elements

  • Whisper-quiet technology ensures there’s barely any noise when making foam or froth.
  • The sleek, compact design doesn’t take up too much cabinet or countertop space, making it easy to store when not in use.
  • Ergonomic handle lets you remove the frother from the power base and pour without straining your hand or wrist.
  • Nonstick coated interior for easy cleaning.
  • The whisk is perfectly located to ensure your foam retains its shape and texture.

Product Details

  • Makes up to 1½ cups (375 mL) of foam or froth
  • Nonstick coating is made without PTFE, PFOA, or PFA
  • Lid, lid gasket, and pitcher interior are hand wash only
