Buttery brie, tangy-sweet cranberry sauce and crunchy pecans in a bite size app?  Yes, please!  These Cranberry Brie Bites are perfect for any party.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – Delish has a TON of amazing recipes, including the one I’m featuring today! I gave their unlimited membership a try last year, so I am speaking from my own (read: they are not paying me for this review) experiences. The membership cost me $20 for the year, and it includes a wonderful year-long subscription to their quarterly magazine filled with delicious (and easy!) recipes, unlimited access to Delish recipes, members-only access to a one-on-one hotline to ask for help from their food editors, and other wonderful bonuses. You can learn more about their membership here; this is a code I found online, as I believe the normal cost is $35/year, but this code looks like you can still get it for $20/year, which is great! I have found it to be extremely useful, although I have not yet taken advantage of their hotline – yet.

I used my recipe for Apple Cider Cranberry Sauce, and it was delicious!!

For this recipe, I used my Brownie Bite Pan :

Best Brownie Bites Ever

This pan makes 24 mini brownies from a standard brownie mix, but this pan isn’t just for brownies. Mini muffins, cutie corn breads, and petite pound cakes are just the beginning of what you could do with this pan.

Mini-sized treats aren’t just cute, they’re a great size for kids or anyone who wants to satisfy their sweet tooth while still keeping portion sizes small.

This heavy-duty carbon steel pan holds up to all the baking you’ll want to do in it. And, the nonstick surface makes it easy to remove your baked goods and makes hand washing it feel effortless.

So, whatever you’re baking, make it mini and its fun factor goes up 100%.

This is such a cute pan and you can use it for so many recipes.  Click here to get yours today, you’ll be glad you did.

Let’s jump right in!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) tube of refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
  • Canola oil, to brush or spray pan
  • Flour, for surface to roll out dough
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 6 sprigs rosemary, cut into 1” pieces

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F/190⁰C (350°F/175⁰C if using the Brownie Bite Pan or any darker pan). Cut brie into small pieces, chop pecans, and cut rosemary into 1-inch pieces.

Brush or spray pan lightly with oil.

Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface, and pinch the seams together, use Pizza cutter to cut into 24 squares.  Place squares into Brownie Bite Pan or other small muffin tin.

Place one piece of brie onto each square of dough, top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, chopped pecans and one small sprig of rosemary.

Bake 15 minutes, or until crescent dough is golden brown. Remove from the oven, serve immediately.

That’s it!  I hope that you’ll give this a try, and please leave a comment to let me know what you think about this recipe.  I would love to hear from you. Let’s make great food together!

Buttery crescent rolls filled with delicious cranberry-studded turkey filling will impress everyone, and it’s oh-so-easy to make! We love this recipe from Pampered Chef, it’s a go-to for some of our Thanksgiving leftovers, and I like that we can freeze slices individually to have later.

For this recipe, I used the Extra-Large Scoop, Baker’s Roller and  Large Round Stone:

Extra-Large Scoop

Jumbo Cookie Scoop

This heavy-duty scoop is the tool you need! With a 4 tbsp (60-mL) capacity, it’s the perfect size for jumbo cookies, portioning batter into baking pans, or even making meatballs. It’s also great for serving mashed potatoes, other side dishes, and desserts!

Stainless Steel Scoops

Our heavy-duty stainless scoops are the perfect way to portion everything from batter and dough to filling and salads. The squeeze-action handle makes them easy to use, even one-handed, and the scraping blade ensures every last bit comes out.

Product Details

  • Approximately 4 tbsp (60 mL)
  • Heavy-duty stainless steel resists rust
  • Squeeze-action handle with scraping blade
  • Dishwasher-safe

Baker’s Roller

Rolling and shaping dough is easy with the Baker’s Roller®. The two roller sizes are designed to help you get into the corners of sheet pans and up the sides of pie plates for even coverage. The unique, removable pastry tool has a rounded end for creating decorative edges, and a forked end for piercing dough to allow steam to vent.

Details

  • 10¼” long.
  • Rollers are stain-resistant and slightly textured to minimize dough sticking.
  • Contoured nylon handle has two finger rests for comfort and control.
  • Dishwasher-safe.

Large Round Stone

Make Tasty Pizza at Home with the Large Round Stone.

It’s great for frozen pizza, coffee cakes, taco rings, pull-apart bread wreaths, and more! The ¾” (2-cm) lip around the edge keeps food and drippings contained, so you can use it to make cookies and brownies. The unglazed interior gives you the light, crispy results our stoneware is known for while the beautiful satin white glazed exterior and easy-to-hold handle design make it the perfect oven-to-table piece.

A wonderful combination of cranberries, apple and just a hint of orange make this cranberry sauce delightful! This recipe comes from Jay Lynne Stuart on Allrecipes, and it’s our family’s favorite!

For this recipe, I used my 2-qt. (1.9-L) Nonstick Sauce Pan and, once it was chilled, my

1-qt. Insulated Serving Bowl.

2-qt. (1.9-L) Nonstick Sauce Pan

A Small Saucepan for Every Kitchen

This 2-qt. (2-L) sauce pan will be your go-to for sauces, melting butter, and reheating soup. The lid has straining holes, so you can use it to drain fat and liquids without dirtying a separate colander. And the pour spout will help you keep your stove, counters, and table drip-free. The high-quality nonstick coating means even gooey, cheesy sauces won’t stick. And when you’re done cooking, pop it in the dishwasher for hassle-free cleanup.

About Brilliance Nonstick Cookware

Brilliance cookware is where design and performance meet: It’s top-notch cookware with the performance you expect from Pampered Chef, plus the gorgeous design you want in your kitchen. Like your favorite pair of blue jeans, this cookware will never go out of style.

1-qt. Insulated Serving Bowl

Despite all the best planning, getting an entire meal on the table that’s served warm can feel impossible. With an insulated serving bowl, you can keep food warm up to 2 hours on your holiday table or during mealtimes. The 1-qt. (1-L) capacity is perfect for serving sauces, gravies, or hot dips like Spinach & Artichoke Dip or BBQ Chicken Dip.

The clear plastic lid is double-walled and lets you see what’s inside. The lid also hooks onto the side of the bowl, making it easier to dish out and serve food. The bowl’s double-walled vacuum insulation keeps food hot, prevents sweating, and has a stay-cool exterior. Works with cold foods, too!

Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, this recipe from Ina Garten and Food Network is the perfect way to make your turkey – so you can truly enjoy the day with those you love.

This is the first time I’ve made this turkey, as I have been very loyal to my other recipe since 1997.  I can honestly say that this recipe is just as good and, due to the fact that there is substantially less prep work, this one I will definitely keep making!

I used my 14 x 10 (35-cm x 25-cm) Enameled Cast Iron Pan to roast my turkey – it was perfect in every way!!

This pan will be your secret weapon for special occasions and everyday meals, because it’s like two pans in one: A 3.5″ (9-cm) deep lasagna pan for big batches of family favorites, and a cast iron pan with rack for roast, chicken, and turkey dinners.

The stainless-steel rack lets air circulate around big cuts of meat for even cooking, and the handles sit high so they’re easy to grab and fold for storage. The high sides are great for baked pasta, lasagna, and casseroles, and keep your food from bubbling over. With the durability of cast iron comes a certain weightiness. But not to worry—this pan has two sturdy handles to help you lift and carry from the oven right to your dinner table.

About Enameled Cast Iron

Enameled cast iron is the kind of cookware that will become a fixture at every special meal you make—and that includes weeknight meals. The light enameled exterior means you can start using it right away—no seasoning required—and you can see food browning, so you can avoid scorching it. The beautifully enameled exterior lets you bring this cookware right from the stove or oven to the table, and cast iron’s excellent heat retention means food stays hot and delicious—even if not everyone makes it to the table as soon as dinner’s ready.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • Zest from one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 fresh turkey (10-12 pounds)
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly Ground black pepper
  • 1 large bunch fresh thyme
  • 1 whole lemon, halved
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 head of garlic, cut in half crosswise

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F/180⁰C.

Prepare your lemon, onion and garlic.

Chop thyme and zest lemon. Combine butter, chopped thyme, zest, salt and pepper to taste in small bowl.  Mix well to combine.

Remove giblets from turkey, then wash inside and out, then pat dry and place in Roasting Pan.  Lift skin on breast of turkey, then insert butter mixture liberally under the skin and above.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Place thyme, onion, lemon and garlic inside the cavity of the turkey. Tie legs and wings to body with cooking twine.

Roast turkey about 2 1/2 hours, or until an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F/75⁰C the thickest part of the turkey thigh, pricking the bird just above the crease between the thigh and the place where the turkey breast begins.  The juices should run clear when you cut between the leg and the thigh.  Remove the turkey to a cutting board and cover with aluminum foil; let rest for 20 minutes before carving.

Sweet Potato Casserole (Video)

Creamy sweet potatoes covered in a delicious, crunchy butter-pecan-sugar topping, this delectable side dish will become a family favorite in your household for years to come! I’ve been making this recipe for 28+ years, and we love it because we prefer our sweet potato casserole to be only lightly sweetened. Many recipes I’ve come across use too much maple syrup for our liking, so when a co-worker came in to our potluck with this dish, I asked if I could write down her recipe. I believe she said it came from her grandmother and, well, who am I to argue with Grandma?

Since we have about 17+ people coming for Thanksgiving, I like to use our Stone Rectangular Baker With Tray, this way I can cover it with the tray whilst baking, and then use the warmed tray to serve my buttermilk biscuits afterwards!

Here’s some info:

Stoneware Baker With an All-in-One Lid, Cooking Tray, and Serving Tray!

The Stone Rectangular Baker With Tray offers the best of both worlds. The Stone Rectangular Baker and Stone Serving Tray combine the amazing cooking surface and heat retention of our unglazed stoneware with the beauty of our fully glazed stoneware. You can take both the baker and serving tray straight from the microwave, oven, or freezer to your table. When you’re not using it as a lid, the Stone Serving Tray can be used to bake cookies, cook veggies, serve food, or store leftovers in the fridge!
