Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus 1 tbsp for garnish
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed, divided

  • 1 qt strawberries optional

Instructions
 

  • Attach closed star tip to Easy Accent Decorator; fill with 1/2 cup of the whipped topping and set aside.
  • Add ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips the remaining whipped topping and vanilla extract to a bowl; mix well.
  • Spoon dip into bowl. Top with more chocolate chips. Pipe rosettes around edge of dip using decorator. Serve with Sweet & Crispy Tortilla Chips and strawberries, if desired.
