Craft your own cheesy delight with this Quick & Easy Beer Cheese recipe! Creamy, tangy, and rich, it’s a flavor explosion waiting to happen! I made this recipe to go alongside the delicious Beer Bread I made the other day. It’s amazing!  Combined with the cheeses that add a smooth and tangy taste, the Guinness stout really brings out a deep malty undertone, complemented by hints of roasted barley and caramelized notes. Overall, it offers a delicious balance of savory, salty, and umami flavors, with a distinct Irish twist.

I made the beer cheese using my Pampered Chef my Deluxe Cooking Blender:

Best Blender for Smoothies—and Soup!

Blenders aren’t just for smoothies anymore. Our innovative blender has settings that heat up to 220˚F (104˚C), which means it doesn’t just blend—it cooks.

With a cooking blender, you can make everything from smoothies and milkshakes to soups, jams, alternative milks, and nut butters. With eight preprogrammed settings and two custom settings, there’s no guesswork. The pitcher has a 6-cup capacity for hot food and 7-cup capacity for cold food, and comes with a tamper, dual-sided cleaning brush, strainer bag, boil-over guard, and a cooking guide with more than 60 recipes.

Click here to get yours today.  You’ll be glad you did.

Let’s jump right in!

First Stage

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup Guinness Stout Beer
  • 1 clove garlic

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Second Stage

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp butter

Add-In

  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

Add the first stage ingredients, in the order listed, to the Deluxe Cooking Blender. Replace and lock the lid. Turn the wheel to select the SAUCE setting; press the wheel to start.

Meanwhile, add the flour and butter to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, to make a roux.

When prompted to “Add,” remove the vented lid cap and carefully add the roux to the pitcher. Replace the cap and press the wheel to start .*

When the timer is up, press CANCEL. Remove the cap and carefully add the add-in. Replace the cap and blend on speed 3 of the CUSTOM BLEND setting for 1 minute, or until the cheese is fully incorporated.**

Serve alongside pretzels or beer bread.

Safety Tips:
* The pitcher will be hot during and after cooking. Do not touch the hot glass.
** Use the pitcher handle and helper handle to tilt and lift the pitcher up from the base. Remove the lid away from your body and use the pitcher handle to pour the food.

Embrace simplicity with our Easy Beer Bread recipe – just 3 ingredients, no fuss! The Beer Bread Mix from Pampered Chef has long been one of my favorites, and I always make some for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. If you do not want to use beer, you can substitute 12 ounces of your favorite flavored sparkling water, carbonated soft drink or fruit juice for the beverage.

For this recipe, I used my Beer Bread Mix and Stone Loaf Pan:

Stone Loaf Pan

Loaf Pan

Bakers and bread makers love how yeast breads, pound cakes, banana breads, and quick breads turn out beautifully golden brown and evenly cooked, every time. This versatile pan can also be used to make stuffing, tender and juicy meatloaf, and more.

Natural Clay Cookware

Our unglazed stoneware is made with our new StoneFusion material making it our strongest and most durable stoneware yet. You can pre-heat, broil, and even put it in the dishwasher. Each piece features a ribbon pattern, so you can easily distinguish it from your original unglazed stones. Like all our stones, you can use it to make your favorite baked goods, frozen foods, or reheated leftovers that are just as good or better than day one. And it only gets better with age. A nonstick seasoning will develop as you use it—the darker it looks, the better it cooks!

Turn ordinary nights into flavorful fiestas with hassle-free Chimichurri Roast Chicken! Effortless, delicious, and pure dinner magic!

Pampered Chef has done it again and came out with a WONDERFUL new product – our Chimichurri Seasoning Mix!

Chimichurri Seasoning Mix

A Saucy Upgrade to Steak Night

Easily enhance the flavor of steak, grilled veggies, chicken breasts, and fish with our Chimichurri Seasoning Mix. Inspired by a popular South American sauce, this herby mix is made with a bright blend of garlic, parsley, and oregano.

Make it into a sauce by adding a little water and oil. In minutes, you’ll have a tangy condiment, marinade, salad dressing, or dip that pairs perfectly with everything from grilled meats to fresh bread!

Made in USA

I decided to use the seasoning combined with yogurt to make an easy marinade for chicken, and it did not disappoint. Yogurt is an excellent marinade for chicken! Its acidity and enzymes tenderize the meat, while probiotics enhance flavor. You can marinade the chicken in yogurt up to You can marinate chicken in yogurt for as little as 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Longer marination allows the flavors to penetrate and tenderize the meat, but even a short time can make a difference. Find the perfect balance for your schedule and taste preference and enjoy the juicy, flavorful results.

I baked this in my Stone Rectangular Baker With Tray, but you could also cook the chicken in the Deluxe Air Fryer, if you like.

Stone Rectangular Baker With Tray

The Stone Rectangular Baker With Tray offers the best of both worlds. The Stone Rectangular Baker and Stone Serving Tray combine the amazing cooking surface and heat retention of our unglazed stoneware with the beauty of our fully glazed stoneware. You can take both the baker and serving tray straight from the microwave, oven, or freezer to your table. When you’re not using it as a lid, the Stone Serving Tray can be used to bake cookies, cook veggies, serve food, or store leftovers in the fridge!

Deluxe Air Fryer

Deluxe Air Fryer

Best Air Fryer for a Family

Enjoy fried foods at home without all the mess, hassle, and oil of deep frying but with all the flavor and texture you love. Ours is family-sized to quickly cook up to six servings, a whole chicken or roast, or appetizers for a crowd. Like a convection oven, super-heated air circulates giving food a crispy texture. No preheating is necessary, saving you precious time. Conveniently fits under kitchen cabinets.

Air Fryer, Rotisserie, & Dehydrator All-in-One

Ours does more than just better-for-you air frying. It makes perfectly cooked rotisserie chicken, crispy outside and tender inside, so you can skip the hit-or-miss ones at the grocery store. And it dehydrates fruits, veggies, and herbs so you can enjoy their fresh flavors well beyond the season.

Product Details

  • Family-sized 11.6-qt. capacity fits up to a 4 lb. whole chicken.
  • Eight programmed settings: Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Rotisserie, Reheat, Dehydrate, Custom, and Rotate
  • Includes two cooking trays, basket, rotisserie set, drip tray, retrieval tool, removable shield, and a cooking guide.

Whip up smiles! Create magic in the kitchen with Chiffon Cake, a delightful treat for the whole family. Easy, breezy, and oh-so-yummy! 🍰✨

This recipe is inspired by John Kanell from the Preppy Kitchen, as I find his in-depth explanations for fledgling bakers (like me!) to be immensely helpful. Please be sure to check out all his amazing desserts and more!

If you plan on baking this, or any cake, I highly encourage you to get a Kitchen Digital Scale to weigh your dry ingredients.  Your cakes will consistently come out better for it, plus it saves time.  Who can argue with that?

For this recipe, I used my Deluxe Stand Mixer and our NEW Tube Cake Pan and Wood Cake Stand:

Deluxe Stand Mixer

Magic in the Mixing

Whether you’re baking a batch of cookies or making a meal for your entire family, the Deluxe Stand Mixer is there for you. It has no-guess presets that automatically reach the ideal time and speed, so you’ll never under- or over-mix your batter again! You can use the Custom setting to set a specific time and choose from 8 manual speeds to prepare recipes you already know and love.

Plus, the Deluxe Stand Mixer goes beyond baking! Use the scraping beater to shred chicken and mash potatoes, the whisk to whip yogurt and whipped cream, and the dough hook to knead pizza dough. And if you’re not sure which accessory to use, the LCD display clearly shows you the recommended accessory for your chosen preset along with the time and mixing speed, so you can mix anything from meatloaf to sweet dough like a pro.

Tube Cake Pan:

Bake Your Best Angel Food Cake

Add a little sweetness to your day with the Tube Cake Pan. Use this 10″ (25-cm) pan to bake light and airy angel food cakes, chiffon cakes, or pound cakes with ease. Made of heavy-duty steel, this pan has an integrated center tube and a removable bottom to ensure even heat distribution and uniform rising—and it will help keep your cakes from collapsing.

When it’s time to remove your cake from the oven, immediately flip the pan over so onto the feet. The elevation will help it cool faster, so you can enjoy your cake sooner. The interior nonstick coating and included release tool make it easy to remove your cake from the pan.

About Blue Enamel Nonstick Bakeware

From donut holes and muffins to fun custom cakes, you’ll find the perfect nonstick pans to make any tasty treat. Each pan is made with steel and has Pampered Chef’s exclusive high-quality nonstick coating, so you’ll get an even bake, easy release, and effortless cleanup every time. Plus, the blue exterior enamel coating gives the pans a lovely celebratory design that looks great in any kitchen.

Wood Cake Stand

Impress Guests With This Wooden Cake Stand

Create a delicious display at home by placing a tiered cake, or an assortment of pastries or appetizers on the Wood Cake Stand. Made from natural acacia wood, this 12″ (30-cm) stand is the perfect size for all kinds of sweet and savory treats.!

You can use it as a traditional cake stand or flip it over for a tiered cupcake display or setup for veggies and dip, or use the large and small platters separately as charcuterie boards.

Let’s jump right in!

Ingredients

  • 7 large eggs whites room temperature
  • 7 large egg yolks room temperature
  • 1¾ cups cake flour
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

Place one of your oven racks to the lowest level, then preheat the oven to 325°F/165⁰C.

Separate your egg yolks and egg whites; allow them to sit for 30 minutes, or until they reach room temperature.

Weigh and sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.  This is important – don’t skip!

In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, water, oil, and vanilla until pale and frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour egg yolk mixture into the flour mixture, whisking until fully incorporated.

In the bowl* of the Deluxe Stand Mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat egg whites and cream of tartar on Level 6 speed until stiff peaks form, about 5-6 minutes. *Please make sure your bowl is dry, so that the egg whites can make peaks.

Fold one-fourth of the egg whites into the flour mixture, until just combined. Gently fold in the remaining egg whites. Spoon batter into an ungreased Tube Cake Pan. Run the releasing tool gently through the batter to release any larger air pockets. Bake on the lowest rack for 55 minutes or until the Cake Tester & Releaser (or a wooden pick) inserted in the center comes out clean.

Immediately invert the pan onto a cooling rack and let the cake cool completely in the pan. When cooled, gently the releasing tool around the edges of the pan to release the cake. Place the cake on a cake stand and garnish with confectioners’ sugar, if desired.

Ground beef Shepherd’s Pie is a hearty and comforting dish that’s a hug on a plate!

I found this recipe on Delish, and I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – Delish has a TON of amazing recipes, including the one I’m featuring today! I gave their unlimited membership a try last year, so I am speaking from my own (read: they are not paying me for this review) experiences. The membership costs me $20 for the year, and it includes a wonderful year-long subscription to their quarterly magazine filled with delicious (and easy!) recipes, unlimited access to Delish recipes, members-only access to a one-on-one hotline to ask for help from their food editors, and other wonderful bonuses. You can learn more about their membership here; this is a code I found online, as I believe the normal cost is $35/year, but this code looks like you can still get it for $20/year, which is great! I have found it to be extremely useful, although I have not yet taken advantage of their hotline – yet.

For this recipe, I used my 12″ (30-cm) Signature Nonstick Skillet, and Mix ‘N Chop:

Mix ‘N Chop

A Fan-Favorite Chopper

The unique, beveled pinwheel blades of our Mix ‘N Chop™ make it easy to chop and crumble food. It’s a customer favorite for finely crumbling and browning ground beef, turkey, and sausage. It can quickly mash up avocados and eggs, and you can even crush tomatoes for a chunky tomato sauce.

For the Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 lbs. russet potatoes, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Flat parsley, for garnish

For the Filling

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

For the Mashed Potatoes

Peel potatoes, slice in half.

Place the water in the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker. Add the potatoes to the Pressure Cooker Steamer Basket and place in the inner pot.

Cook on CUSTOM for 20 minutes, then release the pressure manually.

Place the warm potatoes into the inner pot. Add the butter, salt and pepper; mash and thoroughly combine. Stir in the cream, top with parsley and more salt and pepper to taste.

For the Filling

Preheat oven to 400°F/200⁰C.

Add beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with 2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Break up beef with the Mix ‘N Chop and cook until crumbly and no longer pink, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer beef to a plate. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons beef drippings.

In same skillet over medium heat, cook onion and carrots, stirring, until onions begin to soften, 5 to 6 minutes. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 2 minutes more. Return beef and accumulated juices to skillet; stir in tomato paste. Cook, stirring, until tomato paste turns dark red, 3 to 4 minutes. Add wine and cook, stirring, until almost completely evaporated, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in broth and Worcestershire and bring to a simmer. Sprinkle with flour and cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in corn and peas. Remove from heat.

If using the 12″ (30-cm) Signature Nonstick Skillet, leave in pan and top filling with mashed potatoes, spreading to cover filling completely. Sprinkle with Parmesan; season with a pinch of pepper. Alternatively, you can transfer filling to a 13” x 9” baking stone or pan and proceed with recipe).

Remove handle from 12″ (30-cm) Signature Nonstick Skillet and bake shepherd’s pie until beef mixture is bubbling, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven.

Place a rack in upper third of oven and turn broiler to high. Broil until top begins to brown, 1 to 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon of parsley. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
