  • 6 tbsp Chimichurri Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 ¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 lb. pieces of bone-in chicken @6 pieces

  • Preheat the oven to 425⁰F/220⁰C.
  • Whisk together the seasoning mix and water in a large bowl. Let the seasoning sit for 5–10 minutes. Stir in the oil, yogurt, and salt. Add the chicken to the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat. Cover bowl and refrigerate, allowing chicken to marinate for 30 minutes-24 hours.

  • Remove chicken from bowl and place in Stone Rectangular Baker. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes prior to serving.

Notes

Yogurt is an excellent marinade for chicken! Its acidity and enzymes tenderize the meat, while probiotics enhance flavor.
