Crisp and golden on the outside, tender and creamy on the inside. Get ready to elevate your potato game with these tangy Roasted Greek Dill Potatoes, served with creamy tzatziki! Easy prep, big flavor!
I was searching for a side dish that would pair with the mediterranean chicken I wanted to make and adapted this recipe the The Delicious Plate. I wanted to have a fuller dill flavor, so I decided to mix some in with the potatoes while they were baking, and oh my goodness – they were AMAZING.
For this recipe, I used my Veggie Wedger, Adjustable Double Grater, Garlic Prep Tool and Stone Bar Pan:

An Easy-to-Use Vegetable Wedger
With this Veggie Wedger, you’ll get six identically sized fruit or veggie wedges with just one quick motion. It’s perfect for meal prep, salads, and after-school snacks.
Our wedger has serrated stainless blades that easily glide through any fruit or veggie that doesn’t have a pit, like potatoes (except sweet potatoes), onions, and citrus. You’ll love how it slices tomatoes without crushing them. Just place the fruit or veggie in the base and push the top down. Voila! You now have perfectly even wedges ready for air frying, salads, or snacks for yourself or your kids. The soft-grip handles let you cut large amounts comfortably, and the nonslip base keeps the wedger secure when slicing.
Product Details
- 5¾” x 5¼” x 2¾” (14.5 cm x 13.5 cm x 7 cm)
- Cuts up to 3″ (7.5-cm) diameter fruits and vegetables
- Stainless steel blades, silicone handles, and plastic body
- Nonslip base
- Dishwasher-safe

Easy-to-Store Folding Grater
Not all graters are created equal. Unlike traditional graters, ours is made using a chemical process that etches the blades to create super sharp edges. So, whether you want farmhouse-style cuts for hash browns, light and fluffy Parmesan cheese, finely shredded carrots for cake, or piles of shredded cheese to help feed your small army, this double-sided grater (extra coarse and fine) will get it done quickly and effortlessly.
Our grater is designed with flexibility in mind. You can use it fully assembled to grate mess-free over the included food container. Nonskid feet will keep it secure on your work surface. Or, you can separate the two graters to use over a bowl, serving dish, or cutting board. To keep your fingers away from the blades, we’ve included a handy food holder and pusher. The soft grip handle lets you comfortably grate large amounts of food. And when the job is done, pop it in the dishwasher. It folds flat so you can easily store it in a kitchen drawer.

Prep Garlic Your Way
Sliced and diced garlic, and everything in between can change the final flavor and intensity in your meals. Get the perfect prep every time with this versatile garlic prep tool. Roll your garlic clove in the helpful peeler to get rid of its skin, then slice, dice, or paste all with the same tool. Clean the blades easily with the included brush and cleaning plates perfect for removing leftover garlic bits—and the whole tool is dishwasher-safe!
Sliced: When you slice garlic, you’ll get a mild flavor in a dish. Great for sautés and stir fries. You’ll get some bites of fresh garlic and will see it throughout the dish.
Diced: Fairly strong flavor. Great for chili, pasta sauce, or soup when they are simmered for a while.
Pressed: Pressed garlic provides a bold, intense garlic taste to a dish. Great for salad dressings, soups, sauces, marinades, and dips. It distributes easily into dishes.
Paste: Garlic paste is the strongest form of garlic flavor since the entire clove has been broken down. Soups and cooked sauces.

Sheet Pan Dinners
This pan is just the right size for packaged brownie mixes and ooey-gooey bar cookie mixes, biscuits, sheet pan dinners, chicken, frozen foods, crispy pizza, or reheating leftovers that are just as good or better than day one. Because the unglazed cooking surface draws moisture away, everything cooks consistently and turns out light and crispy.
Natural Clay Cookware
Our unglazed stoneware is made with our new StoneFusion material making it our strongest and most durable stoneware yet. You can pre-heat, broil, and even put it in the dishwasher. Each piece features a ribbon pattern, so you can easily distinguish it from your original unglazed stones. Like all our stones, you can use it to make your favorite baked goods, frozen foods, or reheated leftovers that are just as good or better than day one. And it only gets better with age. A nonstick seasoning will develop as you use it—the darker it looks, the better it cooks!
