Freshly baked potato rolls are easier than you think! Soft, fluffy, and oh-so-delicious. This recipe is my adaptation from two different recipes, one from Allrecipes and the other from Delish.

For this recipe, I used my Deluxe Stand Mixer and Stone Rectangular Baker With Tray:

Deluxe Stand Mixer

Magic in the Mixing

Whether you’re baking a batch of cookies or making a meal for your entire family, the Deluxe Stand Mixer is there for you. It has no-guess presets that automatically reach the ideal time and speed, so you’ll never under- or over-mix your batter again! You can use the Custom setting to set a specific time and choose from 8 manual speeds to prepare recipes you already know and love.

Plus, the Deluxe Stand Mixer goes beyond baking! Use the scraping beater to shred chicken and mash potatoes, the whisk to whip yogurt and whipped cream, and the dough hook to knead pizza dough. And if you’re not sure which accessory to use, the LCD display clearly shows you the recommended accessory for your chosen preset along with the time and mixing speed, so you can mix anything from meatloaf to sweet dough like a pro.

Stone Rectangular Baker With Tray

The Stone Rectangular Baker With Tray offers the best of both worlds. The Stone Rectangular Baker and Stone Serving Tray combine the amazing cooking surface and heat retention of our unglazed stoneware with the beauty of our fully glazed stoneware. You can take both the baker and serving tray straight from the microwave, oven, or freezer to your table. When you’re not using it as a lid, the Stone Serving Tray can be used to bake cookies, cook veggies, serve food, or store leftovers in the fridge!

Set Deluxe Stand Mixer to Knead for five minutes**, or until the dough comes together and pulls away from the side of the bowl.

Embrace simplicity with our Easy Beer Bread recipe – just 3 ingredients, no fuss! The Beer Bread Mix from Pampered Chef has long been one of my favorites, and I always make some for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. If you do not want to use beer, you can substitute 12 ounces of your favorite flavored sparkling water, carbonated soft drink or fruit juice for the beverage.

For this recipe, I used my Beer Bread Mix and Stone Loaf Pan:

Stone Loaf Pan

Loaf Pan

Bakers and bread makers love how yeast breads, pound cakes, banana breads, and quick breads turn out beautifully golden brown and evenly cooked, every time. This versatile pan can also be used to make stuffing, tender and juicy meatloaf, and more.

Natural Clay Cookware

Our unglazed stoneware is made with our new StoneFusion material making it our strongest and most durable stoneware yet. You can pre-heat, broil, and even put it in the dishwasher. Each piece features a ribbon pattern, so you can easily distinguish it from your original unglazed stones. Like all our stones, you can use it to make your favorite baked goods, frozen foods, or reheated leftovers that are just as good or better than day one. And it only gets better with age. A nonstick seasoning will develop as you use it—the darker it looks, the better it cooks!

Whip up irresistible homemade focaccia in a breeze! It’s perfectly crispy on the outside, with an airy crumb on the inside.  Effortless perfection awaits with this foolproof recipe. I found this recipe on Delish, and I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – Delish has a TON of amazing recipes, including the one I’m featuring today! I gave their unlimited membership a try last year, so I am speaking from my own (read: they are not paying me for this review) experiences. The membership costs me $20 for the year, and it includes a wonderful year-long subscription to their quarterly magazine filled with delicious (and easy!) recipes, unlimited access to Delish recipes, members-only access to a one-on-one hotline to ask for help from their food editors, and other wonderful bonuses. You can learn more about their membership here; this is a code I found online, as I believe the normal cost is $35/year, but this code looks like you can still get it for $20/year, which is great! I have found it to be extremely useful, although I have not yet taken advantage of their hotline – yet.

For this recipe, I used my Stone Bar Pan:

Sheet Pan Dinners

This pan is just the right size for packaged brownie mixes and ooey-gooey bar cookie mixes, biscuits, sheet pan dinners, chicken, frozen foods, crispy pizza, or reheating leftovers that are just as good or better than day one. Because the unglazed cooking surface draws moisture away, everything cooks consistently and turns out light and crispy.

Natural Clay Cookware

Our unglazed stoneware is made with our new StoneFusion material making it our strongest and most durable stoneware yet. You can pre-heat, broil, and even put it in the dishwasher. Let’s jump right in!

Ingredients

  • 2 ¾ cups lukewarm water 110°F/43⁰C
  • 2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 5 ½ all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided

Toppings

  • 1 bulb Garlic Roasted in oil (confit)
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, leaves picked
  • 2 tsp. flaky sea salt

Mix water with yeast, allow to sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt.

Coat another large bowl with 1/4 cup oil; set aside.

Add yeast mixture to flour and salt. Combine until a wet dough forms. Transfer the dough to the oiled bowl, and cover. Allow dough to either rest at room temperature for 3-4 hours, until doubles in size, OR refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Add remaining ¼ cup oil to the Stone Bar Pan, alternatively you can use the 9 x 13 Stone Rectangular Baker.

Uncover and pull dough to the center of the bowl (see video). Slide the dough from the bowl to your stone.  Gently spread the dough out a bit (it will not yet fill the pan).

Allow dough to rest in a warm place for 1-3 hours, or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 450°F/230⁰C .

Use your fingers to dimple the dough all over (see video). Top with garlic confit, rosemary, and sprinkle with sea salt. Alternatively, you can use other toppings as desired.

Bake focaccia, rotating pan halfway through, until puffed and golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes prior to serving.

That’s a wrap! I’d love to hear your thoughts, so please leave a comment below. Your feedback means a lot to me! Together, we’re making kitchen life easier, one Pampered Chef tool at a time.

Ingredients

  • 16.3 – ounce tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup, divided
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

Cook bacon in oven that’s been preheated to 400°F/200⁰C for 20-22 minutes, or until golden. Let cool, then crumble into pieces; set aside.

Turn oven temperature down to to 300°F/150⁰C.

Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 rounds. Mix melted butter with 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Brush on both sides of each biscuit round.

In a medium bowl, combine both sugars and the salt. Coat each biscuit in the sugar mixture, tapping off excess.

Make your stack: onto one biscuit, sprinkle a handful crumbled bacon and cover with another biscuit. Repeat this process until all bacon and biscuits are used, ending on a biscuit.

Place your biscuit stacks into the loaf pan on their sides, so the layers stand upright. If you have any extra maple butter, brush the top of the loaf. Bake until biscuits are puffy and golden, about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan.

While cooling, make the glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk milk and maple syrup into powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over warm loaf and serve.

Soft and delicious, this Buttery Garlic Naan bread is dripping with butter, garlic, and just a touch of cilantro. Amazing with curries, or even by itself!  This recipe comes from Karina over at Crave it All.

Confession time – I’d never had any Indian food until trying this recipe, along with a chicken tikka masala (coming to you soon!) and wasn’t sure if I would like it.  I’ve made this naan THREE times in one week!  So, yeah, it’s a keeper!  Be sure to head on over to give a big thanks to Karina for this amazing recipe!

I used my our Deluxe Stand Mixer, Deluxe Cooking Blender and  8″ (20-cm) Signature Nonstick Fry Pan for this recipe:

Deluxe Stand Mixer

Magic in the Mixing

Whether you’re baking a batch of cookies or making a meal for your entire family, the Deluxe Stand Mixer is there for you. It has no-guess presets that automatically reach the ideal time and speed, so you’ll never under- or over-mix your batter again! Let’s jump right in!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water warmed to 110°F/43⁰C
  • 3/4 cup milk warmed to 110°F/43⁰C
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast – can substitute instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, or natural plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil, plus 2 tablespoons extra for cooking
  • 4 cups plain flour – plus more for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Garlic Butter

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped cilantro – can substitute flat parsley

Instructions:

For the Naan

Warm water and milk to 110°F/43⁰C. Sprinkle yeast and sugar on top of the liquid and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes or until the mixture begins to form bubbles.

In bowl of Deluxe Stand Mixer, combine mixture with the yogurt, oil, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just the dough comes together.

Set Deluxe Stand Mixer to KNEAD for three minutes, up to five minutes until dough has formed a ball. Alternatively, you can knead by hand.

Lightly brush the mixing bowl with a bit of oil of your choice (I used olive oil). Place dough back into to the bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel, allow dough to rest at room temperature for about an hour, until doubled in size.

Use a Bench Scraper to cut the dough into 10 equal pieces (approximately 3.6 ounces each). Roll into balls, then use a Rolling Pin to roll each piece of dough into a large oval, about 6-inches long and 1/8-inch thick. Repeat with remaining dough.

Add ½ teaspoon of oil to 8″ (20-cm) Signature Nonstick Fry Pan or 10” Cast Iron Skillet over medium-high heat. Place one piece of the dough into the pan, cooking until bubbles form on top, about 1-2 minutes. While cooking, brush the top with a little oil.

Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until large golden spots appear on the bottom. Remove from the skillet and keep warm in oven on the lowest temperature, until all are cooked.

Garlic Butter

Add pressed garlic to butter in Silicone Prep Bowl; microwave 30 seconds or until melted.

To Serve

Brush naan with garlic butter and top with cilantro or parsley if desired.
