Spice up your dinner in just 3 minutes! Watch how to create succulent Pressure Cooker Pork Tenderloin with flavorful gravy—quick, easy, and irresistible! I came up with this recipe because while I love pork tenderloin, many of the recipes I looked at did not have gravy, which I was craving.  I had some leftover Tawny Port Wine, so I used that which was amazing.  You could definitely use another red wine or could even try white if you like!

For this recipe, I used my Deluxe Multi Cooker and Herbs de Provence Seasoning Mix:

Deluxe Multi Cooker

Pressure Cooker, Sous Vide Cooker, Slow Cooker, Yogurt Maker, and Sterilizer

Our pressure cooker offers so many ways to get a delicious meal on the table with minimal effort and perfect results, every time. In addition to quick cooking—fast, flavorful meals cooked up to 70% faster than other methods even from frozen—and no-fuss slow cooking so it does it thing while you’re doing yours, you can sous vide, the secret to restaurant-quality steaks, fish, and more. With sous vide, you pick the temperature, and it cooks to the exact doneness you love, every time! No more undercooked centers and overcooked outsides. After your food reaches your perfect doneness, it can stay put for up to two hours without overcooking, giving you lots of wiggle room for serving. Plus, there is a yogurt function so you can make homemade yogurt with just two ingredients and less than 5 minutes of hands-on time, and you can even sterilize bottles and utensils. All of this without ever turning on the oven!

Confident Cooking

With 16 preprogrammed settings at your fingertips, you can cook everything from meat, rice, and beans to desserts minus the guesswork. Some added features include an indicator that shows at-a-glance progress of preheating, cooking, and warming so you always know the status of what you’re making and two lid rest slots on the back so you can securely rest the lid on the Deluxe Multi Cooker instead of your counter. The steam release button is safely positioned to keep your hands away from any steam and the outside of the unit stays cool even while in use.

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Notes

*Silverskin, also known as connective tissue, is a tough and silvery membrane that covers part of a pork tenderloin. It doesn’t break down easily during cooking, so it’s recommended to remove it to improve the tenderness of the meat.
Here’s how you can remove silverskin from a pork tenderloin:
1. Trim the Ends: Begin by trimming any excess fat and the tapered ends of the tenderloin.
2. Locate the Silverskin: Find the silverskin on the surface of the pork tenderloin. It’s usually a shiny, silvery-white layer.
3. Insert Knife Underneath: Use a sharp knife to gently lift a corner of the silverskin. Slide the knife just under the silverskin, angling it slightly upwards to avoid removing too much meat.
4. Peel Away: Once you have a good grip with the knife under the silverskin, use a gentle sawing motion to peel it away. Keep the knife as close to the membrane as possible to minimize meat loss.
5. Repeat: Continue this process until you’ve removed all the silverskin from the pork tenderloin.
6. Trim Remaining Fat: After removing the silverskin, you may notice some excess fat. Trim this away as well.
Taking the time to remove the silverskin will result in a more tender and enjoyable pork tenderloin when cooked.

These crispy cookies are richly flavored with anise, making them the best biscotti to dunk in your cup of coffee! I’ve made this recipe for years, and give them as gifts, along my other cookies.  I love how easy this recipe is, and I know that you will enjoy it.

To chop the almonds, I used my Food Chopper, and to bake them perfectly, I used my Rectangle Stone:

Food Chopper

One of our most popular kitchen tools, the Food Chopper makes quick work of chopping veggies, cooked meat, and nuts in seconds. It’s the solution to tear-free onion chopping! It’s equipped with a unique stainless-steel blade that rotates with each press of the plunger for consistent results. The more you press the plunger, the finer the chop.

Rectangle Stone

Stone Cookie Sheet

Get ready for the best cookies—soft in the center, crispy but never burned on the bottom! This stone also turns out the best pizza and flatbreads, appetizers, biscuits and scones, roasted vegetables, garlic bread, brunch braids, and so much more. Because the unglazed cooking surface draws moisture away, everything cooks consistently and turns out light and crispy.

Natural Clay Cookware

Our unglazed stoneware is made with our new StoneFusion material making it our strongest and most durable stoneware yet. You can pre-heat, broil, and even put it in the dishwasher. Each piece features a ribbon pattern, so you can easily distinguish from your original unglazed stones. Like all our stones, you can use it to make your favorite baked goods, frozen foods, or reheated leftovers that are just as good or better than day one. And it only gets better with age. A nonstick seasoning will develop as you use it—the darker it looks, the better it cooks!

Black Garlic Seasoning Mix:

Bold Black Garlic Flavor

This bold, rich seasoning is a mix of black garlic with herbs and a hint of sweetness that adds a savory note to any recipe. It’s ideal for recipes that call for garlic powder, like soups, roasts, or stuffing. Add a sprinkle of this mix to olive oil for a delicious dip for bread.

What Is Black Garlic?

Black garlic is garlic cloves that have been aged in temperature- and humidity-controlled conditions. This fermentation process turns the garlic cloves black, and gives them a milder flavor with sweeter, smokier, and tangier flavor notes than traditional garlic.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken quarters or substitute chicken breasts or drumsticks
  • 1 teaspoon Black Garlic Seasoning Mix or substitute Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 medium onions cut into ½” slices
  • 3 carrots cut into 1” pieces
  • 3 celery stalks cut into ½” pieces
  • 6 cloves garlic sliced
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups chicken stock or broth
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons flat parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

Prep vegetables – slice onions into ½” slices, peel and cut carrots into 1” slices, cut celery into ½” pieces, and slice garlic.

Season the chicken with Black Garlic Seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Preheat oven to 350°F/175⁰C.

Add two tablespoons of the butter, along with the olive oil to the skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Once butter is foamy, add chicken to pan skin side down, cover and cook 3-4 minutes, until the chicken is nicely browned.  Flip chicken, cover and cook another 3-4 minutes, then remove from pan and set aside.

Turn the temperature up to medium-high and add the onions, carrots, and celery.  Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables begin to caramelize. Add in the garlic, stirring for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Add the rest of the butter to the vegetables and when melted, add in the flour.  Stir constantly to fully incorporate the flour with the melted butter and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the flour turns a light brown and has a nutty aroma.

Pour in the chicken stock, stirring gently to combine. Remove from heat, then stir in the red wine vinegar.  Nestle the chicken pieces back into the pan with the gravy and vegetables.  Cover and bake for 2.5-3 hours.

Remove from oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes or jasmine rice, if desired.

Easy-to-make, this Pumpkin Cheesecake Roll is moist, flavorful, and by using mascarpone for the sweet filling, you’ll elevate this to a five-star dessert to complement any meal or holiday gathering!

I found this recipe on Delish, and I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – Delish has a TON of amazing recipes, including the one I’m featuring today! I gave their unlimited membership a try last year, so I am speaking from my own (read: they are not paying me for this review) experiences. The membership cost me $20 for the year, and it includes a wonderful year-long subscription to their quarterly magazine filled with delicious (and easy!) recipes, unlimited access to Delish recipes, members-only access to a one-on-one hotline to ask for help from their food editors, and other wonderful bonuses. You can learn more about their membership here; this is a code I found online, as I believe the normal cost is $35/year, but this code looks like you can still get it for $20/year, which is great! I have found it to be extremely useful, although I have not yet taken advantage of their hotline – yet.

One ingredient I used that they didn’t was mascarpone cheese, which is like cream cheese, except that it tastes a bit sweeter and buttery.  Yummy!

For this recipe, I used my Stone Bar Pan, Deluxe Stand Mixer, and Slice ‘N Serve:

Magic in the Mixing

Whether you’re baking a batch of cookies or making a meal for your entire family, the Deluxe Stand Mixer is there for you. It has no-guess presets that automatically reach the ideal time and speed, so you’ll never under- or over-mix your batter again! You can use the Custom setting to set a specific time and choose from 8 manual speeds to prepare recipes you already know and love.

Plus, the Deluxe Stand Mixer goes beyond baking! Use the scraping beater to shred chicken and mash potatoes, the whisk to whip yogurt and whipped cream, and the dough hook to knead pizza dough. And if you’re not sure which accessory to use, the LCD display clearly shows you the recommended accessory for your chosen preset along with the time and mixing speed, so you can mix anything from meatloaf to sweet dough like a pro.

Let’s jump right in!!

Ingredients

For the Pumpkin Roll

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

For the Filling

  • 12-ounces mascarpone cheese can substitute cream cheese
  • 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar plus more for dusting
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F/175⁰C.

Line Stone Bar Pan or jelly roll pan with parchment paper.  Add all ingredients for pumpkin roll in large bowl, whisking until combined. Pour into parchment-lined pan, spreading to fill completely. Bake 15 minutes, or until cake tested inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.

Layout a large kitchen towel on the counter; dust with powdered sugar.  Lift pumpkin cake from stone, and immediately flip onto towel. Gently remove parchment paper and dust with more powdered sugar (optional). Starting at the short end, with the towel wrapped around it, tightly (but GENTLY) roll cake into a log. Allow to cool for approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour.

To Make the Filling

Add all filling ingredients to stand mixer (or bowl with handheld mixer) and beat on medium-high until smooth.

Put Together

Gently unroll pumpkin cake – it’s fine if it is still slightly curled.

Spread filling all over the cake, then re-roll and dust with more powdered sugar.

Slice and Serve.
