Instructions
Add chuck roast and all other ingredients to inner pot of
Deluxe Multi Cooker
. Set to BEEF/PORK for 60 minutes.
When the timer is up, press CANCEL. Press STEAM-RELEASE.Carefully remove chuck roast from the inner pot.
Shred meat and serve topped with au jus and pepperoncini.
Notes
To cook in slow cooker, follow directions, set slow cooker to LOW for 8 hours.
