Let’s jump right in!

Ingredients

Ice Cream Custard Base

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 5 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3-4 very ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum or vodka* – optional, to keep ice cream creamier

For the Butter Pecans

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Please be sure to freeze your ice cream maker base for at least 24 hours prior to using.

Separate egg yolks from egg whites (save egg whites for another use).  Whisk yolks with ¼ cup of the sugar until pale yellow in color. Set aside.

Slowly add in heavy cream, milk, ½ cup of the sugar and the salt to a saucepan, stirring to combine. Heat just until bubbles begin to form – do NOT bring to a boil.

Add ¼ cup of hot mixture into the yolk/sugar mixture, whisking quickly to temper the yolks.  Continuing adding ¼ cup of the hot mixture until completely incorporated into the yolks.

Pour combined mixture back into pan, heat over medium-low heat until thickened.  You will know it’s ready when custard leaves a line that is not dripping on the back of spoon. Remove from heat.

Place your peeled bananas into the blender, along with half of the custard mixture. Puree, then add back into the custard in the batter bowl, along with the rum (if using) and the vanilla, stir to combine.  Cover and chill until custard base reaches 45⁰ F/7⁰ C.

For the Butter Pecans

Preheat oven to 350⁰ F/177⁰ C. Melt butter, then combine with the pecans and salt.

Place coated pecans on baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until nicely toasted.  Remove from oven and once cooled, chop into large pieces.

Make the Ice Cream

Remove the bowl of the Ice Cream Maker from the freezer and attach the assembled clear lid to the bowl.  Set the timer for 25 minutes. Once the paddle starts rotating, pour the banana custard mixture into the bowl. During the last minute of churning, pour the butter pecans through the shoot.

When the Ice Cream Maker stops turning, check for doneness. The mixture should be soft-serve consistency. If needed, add more time until the desired consistency is reached. Cover and let ice cream harden, if desired.

Cool down this summer with a super easy, frosty orange juice! Perfectly refreshing and ready in minutes. Your new go-to summer treat! 🍊❄️

I’ve been trying a bunch of coffee recipes with our new Electric Milk Frother, but hubs wanted something as well, since he doesn’t drink coffee.  I thought of the Kohr’s drink we get down the shore every summer – and spent a week calling it an Orange Julius until I remembered it was called an orangeade!

I searched for a recipe, and some PC friends came to the rescue with this gem, which uses our new Gourmet Limoncello Syrup. We also have Metal Straws, which are not only sustainable, but are dishwasher safe. This beverage tastes, I dare say, even BETTER than the original, and once you taste it, I’m sure you’ll agree!

Electric Milk Frother:

Perfectly Froth Milk in Minutes

With the Electric Milk Frother, you can top your favorite drinks with a luscious layer of homemade foam or frothed milk. Take it a step further and make your own cappuccinos, macchiatos, and lattes.

This compact frother quickly turns cold milk (or milk alternative) into your choice of high foam, low foam, warmed milk, or café-style cold foam with the push of two buttons. When it’s ready to go, you can pour it into your mug thanks to the ergonomic handle.

Key Features

    • Low Foam: Create light, airy foam and warmed milk for lattes and café mochas.
    • Warming Only: Make warmed milk with a very light froth, which is the perfect addition to café au laits and hot chocolate.
    • Cold Foam: Top homemade iced coffees and iced matchas with café-style cold foam.

Thoughtful Design Elements

  • Whisper-quiet technology ensures there’s barely any noise when making foam or froth.
  • The sleek, compact design doesn’t take up too much cabinet or countertop space, making it easy to store when not in use.
  • Ergonomic handle lets you remove the frother from the power base and pour without straining your hand or wrist.
  • Nonstick coated interior for easy cleaning.
  • The whisk is perfectly located to ensure your foam retains its shape and texture.

Indulge in summer sweetness with our Cherry Vanilla Crisp! 🍒 Easy prep, simple ingredients, and pure delight in every bite. Perfect for everyday bakers! I adapted this recipe from Food Network, using fresh cherries as they’re in season, and our Korintje Cinnamon, which is usually available towards the end of the year, and is delicious.

For this recipe, I used my Cherry & Olive Pitter and Stone Square Baker with Tray:

Cherry & Olive Pitter

Pit Four Fruits at One Time

If you love fresh cherries and olives, but not the mess or the time it takes to remove the pits, this handy tool quickly pits four cherries at once without bruising or wasting any of the fruit. The clear bottom tray catches all the juice and pits, mess-free. And the non-slip feet keep it in place while you zip through. The top locks to make it easy to store in a drawer.

Olive Pitter

We’ve included an extra insert so you can also pit smaller olives.

Stone Square Baker with Tray

Marinate Meats, Roast Veggies, and Serve ‘em Straight From the Oven!

The Stone Square Baker With Tray does double the work without doubling the dishes! You can take both the baker and serving tray straight from the microwave, oven, or freezer to your table. And when you’re not using it as a lid, the Stone Serving Tray can be used to bake cookies, roast veggies, serve food, or store leftovers in the fridge!

About White Satin Partially Glazed Stoneware

The elegant, white satin partially glazed exteriors combined with unglazed interiors make these stones ideal for going from the oven to the table. Made of all-natural clay, each stone develops a natural, nonstick finish over time—the more you cook, the better they get!

Deliciously satisfying! These easy French Onion Chicken Meatballs are juicy, cheesy, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. I adapted this recipe from Delish, but changed how I cook the onions a bit, as I have found my method creates the richest, most flavorful onions ever!  I also decided to use my Deluxe Air Fryer for the meatballs, but you could also bake or – even better – grill them.

For this recipe I used my favorite meatball maker, the Large Scoop, the Rapid-Prep Mandoline for the onions, and, of course, my Deluxe Air Fryer:

Large Scoop

Get the scoop! This heavy-duty stainless-steel scoop is great for evenly portioning batters, doughs, fillings, and salads. Squeeze-action handles allow for convenient one-handed use. Approximately 3 tbsp. Dishwasher-safe.

Our mandoline’s stainless-steel blade cuts through tough veggies, so you can transform a variety of ingredients into beautiful slices.

And, you can cut ingredients with confidence—our mandoline is designed to safely keep hands clear of blades. When you’ve finished prepping, you can store the food chute and food pusher in the food catch tray and fold it flat, though you’ll use it so often, you may want to leave it on your counter!

Let’s jump right in!

Ingredients

For the meatballs

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons flat parsley freshly chopped
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

For the French Onion Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large onions sliced 1/4″/6 mm thick
  • 2 teaspoons freshly chopped thyme
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 ½ cups beef broth divided
  • 2 teaspoons freshly chopped thyme, plus more for garnish
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Gruyère

Instructions

For the Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Gruyère, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Use the  Large Scoop to form into 16 meatballs (@ 3 tbsp. each), then place on racks in the Deluxe Air Fryer and set to Air Fry for 25 minutes, switching trays halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

For the French Onion Sauce

While the meatballs are cooking, make the sauce.

Use the Rapid-Prep Mandoline to slice the onions. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions, thyme and salt, stir to combine.  Cover for five minutes.

Remove lid and let onions caramelize until golden brown and jammy over medium heat, stirring occasionally and adding in the ½ cup of beef broth a little at a time every 5-10 minutes, cooking for approximately 25 minutes.

Add in garlic, cooking for one minute, or until fragrant.  Add broth and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until slightly thickened, 10 minutes.

Add meatballs to skillet and sprinkle with Gruyère. Cover and cook until meatballs are warmed through, and cheese is melty, 5 minutes. Serve warm, garnished with thyme.

    Easy Angel Food Cake (Video)

***I am a Pampered Chef Consultant – please contact me by clicking any of the buttons above when you would like to schedule your virtual or in-person party, fundraiser or wedding shower, or to place an order. If you have any questions about the products you already have, or want some information on starting your own PC business, I can help you with that as well!!***

Recipes may have been adapted, either using a different cooking method and/or pantry seasonings from the Pampered Chef.  Appropriate credit has been given to the recipe blogger I have found it from, along with links back to the original source.  Let’s get cooking!

Fluffy, light, and oh-so-easy! Whip up this no-fail Angel Food Cake with just a few ingredients. Perfect for any occasion—no baking skills required! I had no idea how easy it is to bake an angel food cake until I tried. It’s incredibly fluffy and goes with pretty much anything you serve for dessert.

If you plan on baking this, or any cake, I highly encourage you to get a Kitchen Digital Scale to weigh your dry ingredients.  Your cakes will consistently come out better for it, plus it saves time.  Who can argue with that?

For this recipe, I used my Deluxe Stand Mixer, Tube Cake Pan and Wood Cake Stand:

    Deluxe Stand Mixer

    Magic in the Mixing

Whether you’re baking a batch of cookies or making a meal for your entire family, the Deluxe Stand Mixer is there for you. It has no-guess presets that automatically reach the ideal time and speed, so you’ll never under- or over-mix your batter again! You can use the Custom setting to set a specific time and choose from 8 manual speeds to prepare recipes you already know and love.

Plus, the Deluxe Stand Mixer goes beyond baking! Use the scraping beater to shred chicken and mash potatoes, the whisk to whip yogurt and whipped cream, and the dough hook to knead pizza dough. And if you’re not sure which accessory to use, the LCD display clearly shows you the recommended accessory for your chosen preset along with the time and mixing speed, so you can mix anything from meatloaf to sweet dough like a pro.

    Tube Cake Pan:

Bake Your Best Angel Food Cake

Add a little sweetness to your day with the Tube Cake Pan. Use this 10″ (25-cm) pan to bake light and airy angel food cakes, chiffon cakes, or pound cakes with ease. Made of heavy-duty steel, this pan has an integrated center tube and a removable bottom to ensure even heat distribution and uniform rising—and it will help keep your cakes from collapsing.

When it’s time to remove your cake from the oven, immediately flip the pan over onto the feet. The elevation will help it cool faster, so you can enjoy your cake sooner. The interior nonstick coating and included release tool make it easy to remove your cake from the pan.

    About Blue Enamel Nonstick Bakeware

From donut holes and muffins to fun custom cakes, you’ll find the perfect nonstick pans to make any tasty treat. Each pan is made with steel and has Pampered Chef’s exclusive high-quality nonstick coating, so you’ll get an even bake, easy release, and effortless cleanup every time. Plus, the blue exterior enamel coating gives the pans a lovely celebratory design that looks great in any kitchen.

    Wood Cake Stand

Impress Guests with This Wooden Cake Stand

Create a delicious display at home by placing a tiered cake, or an assortment of pastries or appetizers on the Wood Cake Stand. Made from natural acacia wood, this 12″ (30-cm) stand is the perfect size for all kinds of sweet and savory treats.!

You can use it as a traditional cake stand or flip it over for a tiered cupcake display or setup for veggies and dip, or use the large and small platters separately as charcuterie boards.

    Let’s jump right in!

    Ingredients

    • 12 egg whites
    • 1 tsp cream of tartar
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 1½ cups sugar
    • 1 cup flour

    Toppings (optional)

    • Powdered sugar
    • Strawberry jam

    Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180⁰C and adjust the rack to fit the Tube Cake Pan.

Add the egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Select WHIP for 3 minutes.

Add the vanilla and select WHIP for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. While the mixer is running, slowly add the sugar.

Add the flour and select MIX for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Transfer the batter into an ungreased Tube Cake Pan. Run the release tool around the edge of the pan or tap it on the counter to release any bubbles. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and cool completely upside down on a cooling rack. Remove the cake from the pan using the release tool and place it onto a cake stand or serving platter.

Slice the cake into 10 slices. Top with powdered sugar if you like, and serve with a dollop of strawberry jam.
