Creamy and buttery, these pressure cooker mashed potatoes are an easy-to-make side dish to serve at your Thanksgiving dinner, or anytime! For this recipe, I used my Deluxe Multi Cooker to cook the potatoes, and our Insulated Serving Bowl Set to keep them (and other sides) warm afterwards. Ingredients
- 3 lbs. gold or russet potatoes, peeled and cut in half
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Flat parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Peel potatoes, slice in half.



Place the water in the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker. Add the potatoes to the Pressure Cooker Steamer Basket and place in the inner pot.



Cook on CUSTOM for 20 minutes, then release the pressure manually.

Stir in the cream, top with parsley and more salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, or keep warm up to two hours in Insulated Serving Bowl Set.
