Missed Christmas Crack? No worries! Whip up this easy Saltine Toffee for New Year’s! 4 ingredients, 15 mins, and a sprinkle of fun. 🎉🍫

For this recipe, I used my your Stone Bar Pan, Icing Spatula, and Slice ‘N Serve:

Sheet Pan Dinners

This pan is just the right size for packaged brownie mixes and ooey-gooey bar cookie mixes, biscuits, sheet pan dinners, chicken, frozen foods, crispy pizza, or reheating leftovers that are just as good or better than day one. Because the unglazed cooking surface draws moisture away, everything cooks consistently and turns out light and crispy.

Natural Clay Cookware

Our unglazed stoneware is made with our new StoneFusion material making it our strongest and most durable stoneware yet. You can pre-heat, broil, and even put it in the dishwasher. Each piece features a ribbon pattern, so you can easily distinguish it from your original unglazed stones. Like all our stones, you can use it to make your favorite baked goods, frozen foods, or reheated leftovers that are just as good or better than day one. And it only gets better with age. A nonstick seasoning will develop as you use it—the darker it looks, the better it cooks!

Notes

This recipe is very forgiving with MOST ingredients!
– switch to salted butter for a saltier flavor
– use dark brown sugar OR light brown, whatever you have or prefer!
– We used sprinkles ONLY due to a nut allergy (we were gifting some of this recipe). You can use your favorite nits, sea salt, or holiday candies for a fun and festive  topping twist!
DON’T – use cheaper chocolate chips, as they do not melt very well. For this recipe use the good stuff such as Ghirardelli or Guittard.

Whip up these easy Air Fryer Blueberry Hand Pies for a refreshing summer treat! Crispy, sweet, and perfectly portable—ready in minutes for everyday fun! 🍇🥧✨

Last year, I made Cherry Puff Pastry Pies in the air fryer, and they were a game changer! I decided to try them with blueberries (changed some of the other ingredients as well) and these were superb.

For this recipe, I used my Pampered Chef Deluxe Air Fryer:

Deluxe Air Fryer

Best Air Fryer for a Family Enjoy fried foods at home without all the mess, hassle, and oil of deep frying but with all the flavor and texture you love. Ours is family-sized to quickly cook up to six servings, a whole chicken or roast, or appetizers for a crowd. Like a convection oven, super-heated air circulates giving food a crispy texture. No preheating is necessary, saving you precious time. Conveniently fits under kitchen cabinets. Air Fryer, Rotisserie, & Dehydrator All-in-One Ours does more than just better-for-you air frying. It makes perfectly cooked rotisserie chicken, crispy outside and tender inside, so you can skip the hit-or-miss ones at the grocery store. And it dehydrates fruits, veggies, and herbs so you can enjoy their fresh flavors well beyond the season. Product Details

  • Family-sized 11.6-qt. capacity fits up to a 4 lb. whole chicken.
  • Eight programmed settings: Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Rotisserie, Reheat, Dehydrate, Custom, and Rotate
  • Includes two cooking trays, basket, rotisserie set, drip tray, retrieval tool, removable shield, and a cooking guide.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 17.3-ounce frozen puff pastry
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • coarse sugar, for garnish

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until blueberries begin to release their juices, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, mix cornstarch and lemon juice together in a small bowl until combined. Stir in the lemon zest, along with the cornstarch slurry into blueberry mixture, then bring to a gentle boil, stirring often. Once boiling, remove from heat. Let cool completely.

Make the Hand Pies

Cut puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. Spoon 3 tablespoons of cooled blueberry mixture onto each of the 3 bottom rectangles.

Place the top rectangles over the blueberry filling, lining up the edges as best you can. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal shut. Repeat this entire step with 2nd pastry sheet so you have a total of 6 pastry pies.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush tops of pastry pies with egg wash, then sprinkle with coarse sugar. Chill pies in the refrigerator for at least 25 minutes.

Air Fry at 360⁰ F/180⁰ C for 12-14 minutes, switching trays at the halfway mark. Let cool on rack until ready to serve.

Notes

Tips for Perfect Hand Pies:
Thaw the Puff Pastry Properly: Make sure to thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
This will make them easier to handle and ensure they puff up beautifully in the air fryer.
Don’t Overfill: Be careful not to overfill the pies, as the filling can leak out during cooking
Seal Well: Use a fork to crimp the edges securely to prevent the filling from escaping.
Experiment with Fillings: This recipe works well with various fruit fillings, so feel free to get creative!

Indulge in summer sweetness with our Cherry Vanilla Crisp! 🍒 Easy prep, simple ingredients, and pure delight in every bite. Perfect for everyday bakers! I adapted this recipe from Food Network, using fresh cherries as they’re in season, and our Korintje Cinnamon, which is usually available towards the end of the year, and is delicious.

For this recipe, I used my Cherry & Olive Pitter and Stone Square Baker with Tray:

Cherry & Olive Pitter

Pit Four Fruits at One Time

If you love fresh cherries and olives, but not the mess or the time it takes to remove the pits, this handy tool quickly pits four cherries at once without bruising or wasting any of the fruit. The clear bottom tray catches all the juice and pits, mess-free. And the non-slip feet keep it in place while you zip through. The top locks to make it easy to store in a drawer.

Olive Pitter

We’ve included an extra insert so you can also pit smaller olives.

Stone Square Baker with Tray

Marinate Meats, Roast Veggies, and Serve ‘em Straight From the Oven!

The Stone Square Baker With Tray does double the work without doubling the dishes! You can take both the baker and serving tray straight from the microwave, oven, or freezer to your table. And when you’re not using it as a lid, the Stone Serving Tray can be used to bake cookies, roast veggies, serve food, or store leftovers in the fridge!

About White Satin Partially Glazed Stoneware

The elegant, white satin partially glazed exteriors combined with unglazed interiors make these stones ideal for going from the oven to the table. Made of all-natural clay, each stone develops a natural, nonstick finish over time—the more you cook, the better they get!

Fluffy, light, and oh-so-easy! Whip up this no-fail Angel Food Cake with just a few ingredients. Perfect for any occasion—no baking skills required! I had no idea how easy it is to bake an angel food cake until I tried. It’s incredibly fluffy and goes with pretty much anything you serve for dessert.

If you plan on baking this, or any cake, I highly encourage you to get a Kitchen Digital Scale to weigh your dry ingredients.  Your cakes will consistently come out better for it, plus it saves time.  Who can argue with that?

For this recipe, I used my Deluxe Stand Mixer, Tube Cake Pan and Wood Cake Stand:

Deluxe Stand Mixer

Magic in the Mixing

Whether you’re baking a batch of cookies or making a meal for your entire family, the Deluxe Stand Mixer is there for you. It has no-guess presets that automatically reach the ideal time and speed, so you’ll never under- or over-mix your batter again! You can use the Custom setting to set a specific time and choose from 8 manual speeds to prepare recipes you already know and love.

Plus, the Deluxe Stand Mixer goes beyond baking! Use the scraping beater to shred chicken and mash potatoes, the whisk to whip yogurt and whipped cream, and the dough hook to knead pizza dough. And if you’re not sure which accessory to use, the LCD display clearly shows you the recommended accessory for your chosen preset along with the time and mixing speed, so you can mix anything from meatloaf to sweet dough like a pro.

Tube Cake Pan:

Bake Your Best Angel Food Cake

Add a little sweetness to your day with the Tube Cake Pan. Use this 10″ (25-cm) pan to bake light and airy angel food cakes, chiffon cakes, or pound cakes with ease. Made of heavy-duty steel, this pan has an integrated center tube and a removable bottom to ensure even heat distribution and uniform rising—and it will help keep your cakes from collapsing.

When it’s time to remove your cake from the oven, immediately flip the pan over onto the feet. The elevation will help it cool faster, so you can enjoy your cake sooner. The interior nonstick coating and included release tool make it easy to remove your cake from the pan.

About Blue Enamel Nonstick Bakeware

From donut holes and muffins to fun custom cakes, you’ll find the perfect nonstick pans to make any tasty treat. Each pan is made with steel and has Pampered Chef’s exclusive high-quality nonstick coating, so you’ll get an even bake, easy release, and effortless cleanup every time. Plus, the blue exterior enamel coating gives the pans a lovely celebratory design that looks great in any kitchen.

Wood Cake Stand

Run the release tool around the edge of the pan or tap it on the counter to release any bubbles. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    1 cup flour
  • Remove the cake from the oven and cool completely upside down on a cooling rack. Remove the cake from the pan using the release tool and place it onto a cake stand or serving platter.
  • Slice the cake into 10 slices. Top with powdered sugar if you like, and serve with a dollop of strawberry jam.

Let’s jump right in!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar divided
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vodka to prevent ice crystals, optional

Instructions

Please be sure to freeze your ice cream maker base for at least 24 hours prior to using.

Use the Quick Slice to chop strawberries to make 2 cups.  Add ½ cup of the sugar to the strawberries, stir to mix.  Set aside for 15 minutes, until juices have developed.

Separate egg yolks from egg whites (save egg whites for another use).  Whisk yolks with ¼ cup of the sugar until pale yellow in color. Set aside.

Slowly add in heavy cream, milk, ½ cup of the sugar and the salt to a saucepan, stirring to combine. Heat just until bubbles begin to form – do NOT bring to a boil.

Add ¼ cup of hot mixture into the yolk/sugar mixture, whisking quickly to temper the yolks.  Continuing adding ¼ cup of the hot mixture until completely incorporated into the yolks.

Pour combined mixture back into pan, heat over medium-low heat until thickened.  You will know it’s ready when custard leaves a line that is not dripping on the back of spoon.

Strain the juices from the strawberries and add to the Classic Batter Bowl, then add the custard mixture, along with the vanilla, and vodka (if using), whisking to combine. Cover and place in an ice bath or refrigerator, until mixture reaches 45⁰F/7⁰C.

Remove the bowl of the ice cream maker from the freezer and attach the assembled clear lid to the bowl.  Set the timer for 30 minutes.  Once the paddle starts rotating, pour the mixture into the bowl.

Add reserved strawberries to the ice cream when there is less than one minute left on the timer.

When the Ice Cream Maker stops turning, check the doneness. The mixture should be soft-serve consistency.  If needed, add more time until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve immediately for soft serve, or cover and store in the freezer if you like hard ice cream.

Notes

Adding 1-2 tablespoons of vodka or rum (or even bourbon or whiskey!) to your custard mixture lowers the freezing point of the ice cream.  This helps to prevent ice crystals forming, making for a creamy and delicious ice cream!  Please feel free to leave out if you prefer.
