Shred or chop cabbage.
Set quick cooker to SEAR and add the bacon. Stir frequently until crisp, about 5 minutes.
Remove bacon and drain, set aside.
Add onions to Bacon fat, add salt and black pepper; cook about 4 minutes.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook1 minute.
Add and the cabbage, stir, then add the broth. This is where I add at the bacon by mistake, but it was a very happy accident! so, if you like, you can add half the bacon now as well.
Replace the lid to the quick cooker. Set to CUSTOM, 2 minutes. When the cabbage is done, push down the quick release button to release the pressure.
Add bacon pieces back into the cabbage if you have not already done so, and stir well.
