Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, peeled and quartered
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3 jalapenos
  • cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 tsp ground cumin
  • 2-3 tsp sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 15 oz San Marzano tomatoes
  • 4.5 oz diced Hatch Chiles, your preference of heat (mild, medium or hot)

Instructions
 

  • Peel the garlic, peel and quarter the red onion, juice the lime and remove seeds from jalapenos.
  • Add all of the ingredients to your food processor. Pulse to desired consistency. Serve with chips.
