12 oz cherry tomatoes 1 red onion, peeled and quartered 3 garlic cloves, peeled 3 jalapenos ⅓ cup fresh cilantro 3 tbsp fresh lime juice 2-3 tsp ground cumin 2-3 tsp sugar 1 ½ tsp salt 15 oz San Marzano tomatoes 4.5 oz diced Hatch Chiles, your preference of heat (mild, medium or hot)

Peel the garlic, peel and quarter the red onion, juice the lime and remove seeds from jalapenos.
