Easy Carrot Puree Baby Food (Video)

Easy-to-make,this naturally sweet carrot puree is a wonderful first food for baby!

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups carrots organic, peeled and cut into chunks
  • cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the Deluxe Cooking Blender. Replace and lock the lid. Turn the wheel to select the HEATED PUREE setting; press the wheel to start.
  • When the timer is up, press CANCEL. Carefully remove the vented lid cap. Allow to cool, pour into containers and freeze until ready to use.

  • 4 cups (1 L) cauliflower florets
Parsnip Puree
  • 2 cups (500 mL) water
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) salt
  • 2½ cups (625 mL) parsnips, peeled and cut into chunks
Sweet Potato Puree
  • ½ cup (125 mL) water
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) salt
  • 2½ cups (625 mL) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
