Cold Brew Popsicles (Video)

For the Popsicles

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • cup heavy cream coconut milk, or coffee creamer
  • 4 tbsp Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup or to taste

For the Magic Shell

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

    For the Popsicles

    • Mix all ingredients together until combined.
    • Pour the mixture into the wells of the Quicksicle Maker and freeze for 8 minutes, or until set.
    • Use Key to remove Quicksicles, then repeat the process to make additional popsicles.

    For the Magic Shell

    • Place chocolate and coconut oil in the Silicone Prep Bowl or other microwave-safe container. Microwave 45-60 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, or until smooth.
    • Drizzle over popsicles, and place back in freezer for 5 minutes to harden.

    Notes

    Once made, store in a zip-top bag in the freezer for up to three months.
