Preheat oven to 350°F/175⁰C. Grease a 9" Stone Pie Plate or round baking dish with butter.
Pit cherries and slice them in half. Spread out the cherries in an even layer in the bottom of pie plate.
In Deluxe Cooking Blender, add eggs and sugar and blend until frothy. Add milk, amaretto, flour and salt and blend until combined. Pour batter over cherries.
Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature dusted with powdered sugar.
Notes
You can substitute 1 teaspoon almond extract for the amaretto if you prefer.
