Toss the potatoes, butter, oil, cheese, and seasoning in a large bowl. Place the potatoes in a single layer on both trays of the Deluxe Air Fryer and place on the top and middle racks.
Cook on AIR FRY for 22–24 minutes, rotating the trays and flipping the potatoes halfway through.
For the Chimichurri Sauce:
Add the ingredients in the order listed to the Deluxe Cooking Blender. Set to CUSTOM BLEND at speed 5 for 45 seconds. Remove and set aside.
For the Red Pepper Sauce:
Add the ingredients in the order listed to the Deluxe Cooking Blender. Set to CUSTOM BLEND at speed 5 for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.
Top with cilantro and cheese, if you’d like, and serve with the sauce of your choice.
Notes
If you’re short on time, skip steps 1 and 2, and use frozen potato wedges or french fries and prepare according to package directions.You can swap the Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for in the sauces for a lighter version.
